These would have been a nice addition to my collection of Int blank shoes. The first time I wore them though scatches the heel really deep and I wasnt doing anything crazy. Just normal walking wear. I have reached out and yall have offered to replace or refund which I really respect and appreciate. I hope you follow through with it. 🙏🏼

I loved the Kimi shoe and was planning to buy it in different colors/material if the first pair worked out. But I needed a 7 1/2 and they don’t have half sizes. I returned the seven and was so so diassapponted because I really liked the shoe. Jeans to cocktail, a bit of elegance.

I love these heels, have had them for years and still wear them at most wedding events. BUT the heel strap does not stay up. Since the heel is so low and the other straps (on top of the foot) keep the shoe in place, it’s not the end of the world, but it’s annoying that the heel strap slips off within the first few minutes of wear. I give up after five fixes and tend to just wear the heel strap at the bottom of my heel throughout the night.
