DOMESTIC RETURNSAny item not marked as final sale is eligible for refund, store credit or exchange within 14 days of delivery date. We are happy to offer a free return label for orders over $100. Please note that return and exchange cost can only be covered once per order.For orders under $100, we will provide a return label, but do not cover the cost of shipping. The return label fee will be deducted from your refund. A return or exchange must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for return, items must be in 100% sellable condition, showing no signs of distress or wear, and in their original packaging. Please get your return in the mail within 14 days of receiving your return label. When preparing your return, please do not attach return labels, postage or any tape directly onto the shoe box. Please submit your return request here.If your return label has expired / the return has not been mailed back to us in time, the return is no longer eligible for a refund or exchange.If an item comes back in unsellable condition or with improper packaging, we will ship the product back to you at your expense. We reserve the right to refuse a return that does not meet our return guidelines.If a shoe is returned without its original shoe box or if the shoe box is unusable due to tape or postage attached to it, a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.INTERNATIONAL RETURNSFor all orders placed outside the US, please contact [email protected] for return instructions.
