Return & Exchange Policy

DOMESTIC RETURNS

Any item not marked as final sale is eligible for refund, store credit or exchange within 14 days of delivery date. We are happy to offer a free return label for orders over $100. Please note that return and exchange cost can only be covered once per order.For orders under $100, we will provide a return label, but do not cover the cost of shipping. The return label fee will be deducted from your refund.A return or exchange must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for return, items must be in 100% sellable condition, showing no signs of distress or wear, and in their original packaging. Please get your return in the mail within 14 days of receiving your return label. When preparing your return, please do not attach return labels, postage or any tape directly onto the shoe box. Please submit your return request here.

If your return label has expired / the return has not been mailed back to us in time, the return is no longer eligible for a refund or exchange.If an item comes back in unsellable condition or with improper packaging, we will ship the product back to you at your expense. We reserve the right to refuse a return that does not meet our return guidelines.If a shoe is returned without its original shoe box or if the shoe box is unusable due to tape or postage attached to it, a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

For all orders placed outside the US, please contact info@intentionallyblank.us for return instructions. Please note that return labels are not provided by Intentionally Blank and the customer will be responsible for return shipping and any other costs associated with getting your item(s) back to us.

Final Sale Policy

Any item purchased at a discount of 30% off or more is considered final sale and is not eligible for refund.

If you’re in need of a size swap, we are happy to help you with that so long as it’s for the same style you purchased, and your desired size is in stock. Please send your request for final sale exchange to info@intentionallyblank.us within 14 days of receiving your order. Due to our limited stock, we cannot guarantee we’ll be able to accommodate an exchange for your final sale item.

If you missed the 14-day return window or purchased an item on final sale, we have a new option for you to get some money back and give those IB shoes a new home! We’ve partnered with Loop Returns and Poshmark to make it easy for you to list and sell the unwanted shoes.

How it works: If you see a "Resell on Poshmark" button during the return flow your product is eligible to sell on Poshmark!

You will need to create a Poshmark account if you don’t already have one.

We will help pre-populate the Poshmark listing so you can save some time and get a headstart on selling.

Once your item sells, you'll receive an email from Poshmark with a pre-paid, pre-addressed shipping label. All you have to do is package the item up and drop it off at your nearest Post Office.

You can withdraw your earnings from Poshmark at any time. As a reminder, Poshmark takes a 20% fee for all orders over $15, and a flat fee of $2.95 for any orders under $15.

Returns & IB Rewards

If you are signed up for the IB Rewards program and you return an item, the points you received for that purchase will be deducted from your account once your return has been processed.

Return Processing

In order for us to ensure each and every return meets our quality standards, we need about 3-5 business days from the date your return is delivered for our team to process your refund.

We can only issue refunds back to your original form of payment. Please be aware that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account.
