Help! I accidentally ordered the wrong size, what should I do?Happy you asked because this happens all the time! Should you need to make a size swap on your order, please email [email protected] and we will do our best to accommodate. Please keep in mind that our stock is limited and we cannot guarantee that the size you need will be in stock once our team is able to assist so please double, triple check your order before placing! I entered an incorrect shipping address, can you fix this?Another issue we see so often! If this happens, email [email protected] and make sure to include your correct shipping address for quick resolution. I recently placed an order, but now I see it’s on sale! Can you price adjust for me?We can only retroactively apply a discount for orders placed within 72 hours from the start of the sale & our BFCM prices are only valid for the duration of the sale period. When will my order ship?Please allow 3 business days for our team to get your order out and note our warehouse does not ship over the weekend. As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive tracking. Express order cut off time is 9:15AM PST. Any Express orders placed after that will be shipped the following business day. Why isn’t my Welcome 15% OFF code working?Discounts cannot be combined with our BFCM sale!Why aren't my loyalty points redeemable?During the duration of our BFCM sale, loyalty points will not be redeemable for rewards. You will still be able to earn points from your purchase, but rewards will not be able to be redeemed until after the sale.What is considered Final Sale?Anything discounted 30% or more is final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. If you have any issues or are unhappy with your order, shoot us an email! We are happy to make size swaps for the exact style and color you ordered if we have it in stock still.Do you offer an Extended Return Policy for Holiday shipping? We have extended our return/exchange window to 30 days from delivery date.
